Job summary

ITDS is seeking a Senior AI & LLM Security Engineer to safeguard AI applications, data workflows, and responsible deployment in a fast-paced financial/tech environment in Wroclaw. This on-site role offers opportunities to shape security patterns across AI systems.

You'll partner with engineering teams to implement robust security controls, conduct threat modeling, and guide secure development practices while collaborating across international projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in systems engineering or security in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of security controls across apps, infra, and platforms.
• Experience with threat modeling and secure design reviews.
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, secrets management, and observability.
• Experience reviewing third‑party platforms, SaaS, APIs, and open-source components from security perspective.
• Collaborates effectively in fast-paced engineering teams.
• Interest in AI systems security, including LLMs and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and platform teams to implement security for AI/LLM systems.
• Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, and risk assessments.
• Design and deploy security controls for AI applications, data flows, and model integrations.
• Define secure patterns for access control, logging, and safe execution.
• Address risks like prompt injection, data leakage, over-privileged access, dependencies on AI services.
• Develop reusable security patterns, guardrails, and guidance for AI development.
• Support security testing, vendor assessments, and incident response.
