Job summary

Amentum is expanding its Integrated Delivery Solutions teams in Kraków and Warsaw, seeking a Senior Assistant Structural Engineer/Starszy Asystent/ Starsza Asystentka Projektanta Konstrukcji. The role supports design delivery across regulated sectors, using Eurocodes, Revit and BIM workflows.

You will work with a multinational team, perform structural calculations, develop models, and grow technical knowledge with increasing independence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BSc/MSc).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• Experience with Eurocodes EN 1990–1999.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or Tekla.
• Experience with RSAP, Staad Pro, SAP2000 or similar FE software.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for concrete and steel structures.
• Support structural analysis and design under supervision.
• Perform calculations and checks using finite element methods or hand calculations.
• Work in BIM environments (Revit / Tekla) and conduct model reviews.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
