Jobgether is seeking a Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation in Poland to lead end-to-end automation initiatives transforming complex processes into scalable workflows. You will work with stakeholders and engineers to identify opportunities, redesign processes, and orchestrate AI agents, business rules, and humans for measurable value.

You will shape reference architectures, drive delivery, and contribute to AI-first solutions across enterprise platforms while ensuring business impact

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or technical/process consulting with an engineering background.
• Significant experience delivering technical solutions for business stakeholders or customers.
• Proven track record leading process orchestration initiatives from discovery through production.
• Strong business analysis and process management capabilities, including discovery workshops.
• Modeling business processes using BPMN and translating requirements into robust designs.
• Experience with enterprise solution and data architecture, including integrations and APIs.
• An AI-first mindset with experience designing enterprise-grade agentic solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Willingness to learn and use the partner company's product and platform.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead discovery workshops with process owners to assess workflows and define target processes.
• Determine orchestration of AI agents, business rules, and humans across processes.
• Translate target processes into epics, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and increments.
• Design enterprise solutions aligned with reference architecture and new patterns.
• Coordinate technical delivery with engineers, managing priorities and risks.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders and communicate progress for timely decisions.
• Define measurable value for each initiative and delivery increment.
• Incorporate delivery insights into architecture and ongoing improvements.
