Job summary

ZS Associates is seeking a senior AI/GenAI Engineering Lead in Poland to design, build and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions. You will work across Europe with architects, engineers, and advisory teams to transform client needs into scalable AI products.

You will lead production deployments, ensure security and reliability, and collaborate with data scientists to drive end-to-end AI capabilities for life sciences and other regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software/AI engineering or GenAI delivery.
• Strong Python development skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven track record building GenAI or agentic AI applications beyond prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy production-grade GenAI and agentic AI applications.
• Develop multi-agent systems covering orchestration, routing, delegation, and memory.
• Build agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain or equivalent frameworks.
• Develop and deploy AI workloads on AWS using cloud-native services.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, data and business workflows.
• Design robust agent workflows with retries, checkpointing and error handling.
• Establish deployment practices with containers, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring.
