Job summary

Equinix, a global digital infrastructure leader, seeks a Senior Billing Analyst in Warsaw to own AR processes and drive improvements. You will support billing accuracy, accounts receivable end-to-end, and risk mitigation while enhancing the customer experience across regions.

The role involves leading regional/global reviews, collaborating with Sales, CS, and Finance, and delivering executive-facing dashboards. Strong Excel and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Invoice-to-Cash functions.
• Experience managing collections and customer risk.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging, identify risk drivers, and take proactive actions to reduce aged debt.
• Review accounts monthly with sales, customer, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide monthly cash forecasting for customer groups.
• Lead regional or global customer support and manage disputes.
• Ensure timely resolution of cases in line with SLAs and fix root causes.
