Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant in Krakow, Poland. The role oversees billing, revenue automation and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections and strong financial controls.

You will support audits, resolve disputes and drive process improvements across commercial and finance teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, proven revenue accounting experience, and proficiency with billing systems and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Strong experience in revenue accounting, billing and accounts receivable.
• Solid understanding of revenue, accruals, reconciliations and controls.
• Experience with automation tools and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing mailbox and resolve queries.
• Lead resolution of high-priority billing disputes and complex operator issues.
• Oversee Revenue Automation Database and ensure accurate rates and terms.
• Upload bonuses, promotions and adjustments into the automation system.
• Perform pre-invoicing checks and data integrity reviews.
• Extract and issue large-scale invoicing data within timelines.
• Review operator and vendor calculations for accuracy.
• Investigate variances and support accruals where needed.
• Monitor aging AR balances and drive collections.
• Prepare weekly AR and revenue reports for stakeholders.
• Support payment runs and AR/AP queries.
• Collaborate with BI and Systems teams to improve automation.
