Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków GBS is hiring a Senior AR Specialist responsible for high‑quality billing services within a global shared services environment. You will ensure accurate billing, support revenue recognition, and collaborate with Order Managers to clear disputes.

The role requires 5+ years in AR with Billing, strong OtC knowledge, and fluency in English with German at B1. Hybrid work and a modern Krakow office are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in AR including Billing.
• Experience in SSC or BPO finance delivery.
• Strong OtC end-to-end knowledge.
• Fluent in English; German (B1) level.
• Proficient IT skills with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Verifying billing inputs and performing billing activities.
• Distributing and archiving invoices; revenue recognition tasks.
• Collaborating with Order Managers to resolve invoice disputes.
• Supporting audits related to Billing and process standardization.
• Providing guidance to teammates and driving improvements.
