Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Revenue & Billing Analyst based in Poland for a fully remote, async-first role with defined overlap with a UK-based Finance team. You will own end-to-end billing, AR, and revenue reporting, while driving automation to improve efficiency and accuracy across the customer lifecycle.

The position offers competitive compensation within €43,440–€54,300 per year, with SARs, remote work budget, and ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end billing and AR processes in a recurring-revenue environment.
• Identify and resolve recurring billing/payment issues with customers.
• Assist in MRR/ARR reporting and revenue analytics.
• Implement automation to reduce manual work and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer billing process, including invoicing, subscriptions changes, and refunds.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections and dunning activities; resolve payment issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on billing cases and ensure follow-through.
• Investigate recurring billing issues and drive process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Run reconciliations across billing, payments and GL, explain variances.
