Maersk Global Service Centre in Poland is seeking an OTC/Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist with Dutch language skills. You will be the focal point for customer AR issues for all brands, handling calls and interactions, while creating visibility models to analyse trends and root causes.

Your role includes improving daily processes, delivering MIS reporting, managing escalations, and ensuring KPI/SLA targets are met.

Qualificações

• Dutch proficiency and English for business communication.
• Extensive AR process knowledge including reconciliations and overdue accounts.
• Ability to create visibility models, analyse trends, and provide MIS reporting.
• Experience in complex problem-solving and implementing solutions with global colleagues.
• Strong focus on customer outcomes and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Be the focal point for AR issues for all brands, handling inquiries and interactions.
• Create visibility models to analyse trends and root causes; improve daily processes.
• Provide MIS reporting; manage customer and internal escalations; review KPIs & SLAs.
• Reconcile accounts; address chronic overdue issues; coordinate with upstream teams.
• Support working capital improvements and collaborate with third-party providers; prepare financial reports.
