Job summary

Oversee is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to shape how data powers our products. You’ll work at the intersection of data architecture, analytics, product development, and engineering.

You’ll collaborate with Product and R&D to design data models, build pipelines, define metrics, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive product and business decisions. AI-driven tooling will be embraced to accelerate analysis and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, product analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.
• Experience designing data solutions and architectural decisions in a product-driven environment.
• Product-minded with focus on post-build value and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve data models, architecture and analytics solutions that support evolving products.
• Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with data quality, performance and scalability.
• Define metrics and data requirements to measure product performance, adoption and impact.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop monitoring, alerting and data quality processes for reliability.
