You will work at the intersection of LLMs, automation, and travel data, with ownership of critical components from design to deployment and monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Python and backend engineering expertise.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed apps.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered products or features.
• Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, tool calling, or orchestration systems.
• Understanding production AI systems: latency, reliability, cost, failure handling.
• Own problems end-to-end and make autonomous technical decisions.
• Familiarity with Linux runtimes.
• Experience with performance bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI-driven systems powering our virtual agent capabilities.
• Develop backend services and data pipelines integrating multiple APIs for real-time decisions.
• Build and deploy AI agents that solve real-world business problems.
• Design evaluation, testing, and observability for production agents.
• Solve engineering challenges of probabilistic AI systems, including latency and scalability.
• Own problems end-to-end from problem understanding to production monitoring.
• Own architecture decisions for distributed, high-performance AI apps.
• Help define engineering best practices and contribute to technical direction.
• Collaborate with Product to translate complex problems into reliable AI-powered solutions.
