Redpanda Data is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to help build the Agentic Data Plane, handling analytics from frontend to data storage and processing layers. You will work closely with users and customers, shaping features across the stack and ensuring insights are readily actionable.

You will collaborate across a globally distributed team, delivering end-to-end analytics experiences such as Audit Log, Transcripts, and Agent Network, while iterating on real user feedback and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience delivering products end-to-end.
• A track record of shipping in fast-moving environments where requirements may change.
• Production experience using AI-assisted software development workflows (e.g. Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate prototyping, delivery and operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and ship analytics features end to end across the full stack: React frontend, Go backend, Redpanda SQL storage layer, Postgres, Redpanda streaming, Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform modules, and more.
• Build the user-facing analytics features for Agentic Data Plane such as Audit Log, Transcripts and Agent Network
• Ensure our customers have tools to analyze performance of their agentic workloads
• Ship features and iterate on real feedback loops rather than long design cycles
• Work in a globally distributed engineering team
