Zusammenfassung

Verisk Analytics seeks a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex AI solutions within our enterprise data platform. You will define standards, mentor engineers, and bridge business needs with production AI systems.

The role requires deep expertise in LLMs, agentic architectures, and enterprise data integration across AWS, Snowflake, and ThoughtSpot. You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to shape solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 4+ years in software/AI engineering, 2–3+ years delivering AI/ML in production.
• Expertise in agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with MCP-based enterprise integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of vector search and RAG using OpenSearch and pgvector.
• Hands-on fine-tuning with LoRA/PEFT/RLHF and related approaches.
• AWS AI services (SageMaker, Bedrock) and Snowflake for scalable AI solutions.
• Experience implementing AI evaluation, observability, security, governance, and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and delivery of complex, multi-component AI systems across the enterprise data platform.
• Define architectural patterns and standards for AI development (RAG, agents, LLM integrations).
• Drive secure, scalable integrations between AI models and enterprise data systems (Snowflake, AWS, ThoughtSpot).
• Own end-to-end AI solution quality, evaluation frameworks, and production reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews; collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders.
