Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze, transform, and validate data between source and destination systems using modern development practices, automation techniques, and AI assisted tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and delivery speed.
Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies to streamline processes, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and accelerate solution delivery.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements, participate in design sessions, and present ideas and recommendations to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
Define, design, and implement data transformation solutions ranging from incremental enhancements for existing customers to complex enterprise scale implementations for new customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve production and customer issues as part of a rotating on-call support schedule, leveraging both traditional diagnostic techniques and AI enabled diagnostic tools where appropriate.
Participate in peer reviews and technical design discussions to ensure solutions meet quality, security, maintainability, and performance standards.
