Job summary

airSlate seeks a hands-on leader to run Data Enablement. You will lead analytics engineers and web analytics specialists, own the semantic layer end‑to‑end, and turn raw product data into curated datasets for business and AI use.

You will design models, ensure data quality, and collaborate with data partners across the organization while promoting AI-enabled workflows and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data or BI engineering with leadership experience.
• Expert SQL and Python and production components ownership.
• Data modeling, pipelines and semantic layer design on cloud stack.
• Engineering discipline with CI, tests and rollout plans.
• Data quality, governance and documentation standards.
• Business impact mindset and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work with AI integration and evaluate outputs for quality.
• Leadership, ownership and clear communication across time zones.
• Fluent English communication; nice to have dbt and web analytics familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the analytics engineering and web analytics team.
• Own the semantic layer and standardize metrics across products.
• Automate data curation with reusable, tested datasets and monitoring.
• Partner with Data Business Partners, Data Science/ML and Data Platform; ensure code quality.
