Job summary

Oversee in Kraków is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to shape how data powers our AI-enabled travel platform. You’ll work at the intersection of data architecture, analytics, product development, and engineering, partnering with Product and R&D to design models, build pipelines, and define meaningful metrics.

You’ll develop data architecture, monitor systems, and create dashboards for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, product analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical systems experience.
• Experience designing data solutions and architectural decisions in product-driven environments.
• Strong data architecture and data quality fundamentals.
• Product-oriented mindset—focus on post-build value and impact.
• Able to own ambiguous problems and drive projects end-to-end.
• Active user of AI tools with curiosity about AI improving development and analytics.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve data models, architecture, and analytics solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines with quality, performance, and scalability.
• Define metrics and data requirements to measure product performance, adoption, and impact.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Develop monitoring and data quality processes to ensure product health.
• Make architectural decisions independently balancing quality and speed.
• Use AI tools like Claude, Claude Code, Cursor to improve workflows and productivity.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and product performance.
