Job summary

BlackLine in Krakow is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for our growing Business Intelligence & Analytics Engineering team. You will design and deliver ELT/ETL pipelines, model data in Snowflake, and surface trusted insights through Power BI for internal and customer-facing analytics.

You will work with modern tools like dbt, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, and Python, contributing to scalable, reliable data platforms and AI-enabled development.

Qualifications

• Snowflake data modelling, performance tuning, and governance.
• Power BI proficiency and enterprise reporting.
• Production ELT/ETL pipelines using dbt, Airflow, Azure Data Factory.
• SQL and Python for data processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust ELT/ETL pipelines from operational systems into Snowflake.
• Develop enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards with semantic models and row-level security.
• Contribute to end-to-end data architecture and data modelling practices.
• Ensure data quality, observability, and documentation across the data platform.
