Job summary

Sabre Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Lead Engineer to own complex Data & Analytics solutions end-to-end, from strategy to hands-on delivery. This hybrid role offers high autonomy and a path toward Principal Engineer, with direct impact on enterprise clients and platform success.

You will partner with product, engineering, architecture, and SRE teams, design scalable systems, mentor delivery engineers, and write production-grade code.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Java backend experience.
• Experience with data and automation in Python.
• Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficient with Kafka, SQL and NoSQL.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Data & Analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Write production-ready code and mentor delivery engineers.
