Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Warsaw is seeking a detail‑driven professional to maintain lease databases and deliver accurate portfolio information to clients and internal teams.

In this hybrid role, you will analyze lease documents, abstract data, enter records on time, and prepare regular client reports. English plus French or German language skills are highly valued, with MS Office proficiency a must.

Role Purpose

The objective of the role is to maintain lease databases. This involves obtaining portfolio information, reporting to clients and other JLL teams.

What this job involves:

• Providing excellent analysis of commercial lease documents
• Accurate abstraction of documents
• Diligent data entry within indicated timeframe
• Management of database and lease documents in clients' portfolios
• Regular preparation, release and updates of reports for clients
• Administration tasks completion within the deadlines

Desired skills and experience for this job

• Very good English and French/German language
• Any other European language would be an asset
• Experience in data processing and analysis of formal documentation
• Timeliness and reliability
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel

The position is hybrid: 3 days a week in the Warsaw office
