Job summary

Genesys seeks a Senior AI Solution Architect to drive AI-powered customer experience initiatives in Poland. In this pre-sales role you will design end-to-end AI systems, shape demonstrations, and guide customers through architecture choices.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering, develop scalable assets, and translate technical outcomes into measurable business impact while balancing performance, latency, and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing AI solutions for customer experience orchestration.
• Ability to translate complex AI architectures into clear business value.
• Fluency in English and Polish; French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI systems for CX use cases.
• Architect reliable, production-ready AI solutions with LLMs, orchestration, and tools.
• Define interaction across the full journey including handoffs and failure handling.
• Develop scalable knowledge and retrieval strategies to ground responses in enterprise data.
• Partner with customers to align AI outputs with trusted knowledge sources and business impact.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks and quality measurement strategies.
• Create test sets, evaluations, and feedback loops to improve performance.
