Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with 3–5 years in AI/ML.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI architecture, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
• T-shaped with data, integration, and infra breadth; enterprise platforms experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client AI teams to understand priority use cases and architectures.
• Define and enforce standard AI architecture patterns and model strategies.
• Identify and consolidate duplicated components into shared reusable services.
• Design observability, evaluation, and monitoring for AI systems in production.
• Participate in PI Planning and executive reviews; mentor junior architects.
