Job summary

You will partner with the CAIO office to drive controls from design to implementation, coordinating across 1LOD, 2LOD, and 3LOD, and communicating risk insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong technology and technology controls knowledge related to AI development and deployment.
• Experience managing Technology and Non-Financial Risk and Control teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive risk-based decisions.
• Certifications in information security and risk management are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support CCO team initiatives to improve risk and control maturity.
• Advise senior management on operational risk management and controls.
• Collaborate with risk owners to design and implement controls from design to monitoring.
• Coordinate risk and audit reviews with 1LOD, 2LOD and 3LOD partners.
• Enhance decision-making with data analysis and clear reporting of risk issues.
• Share lessons learned and ensure timely implementation of actions.
• Shape future risk management and regulatory framework development.
