Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O. in Kraków seeks a senior risk and AI governance leader to drive the enterprise AI governance, risk, and value management framework, ensuring safe, compliant AI adoption across the organization.

You will collaborate with Legal, Cybersecurity, Internal Controls and the 1st/2nd lines, develop training, monitor AI risks, report on exposures, and engage external suppliers. 7+ years in risk, governance or compliance, and knowledge of NIST RMF and EU AI Act are

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Management, Risk Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Recommend, develop, and maintain the AI Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with other 2nd Line functions and regulatory requirements.
Develop and lead AI Risk Management training, guidance, and knowledge resources across stakeholder groups.
Analyze, monitor, and challenge AI risks, and facilitate risk councils and committee meetings.
Coordinate risk assessments and ensure accountability remains with the 1st Line of Defense.
Drive consolidated AI risk reporting and provide transparency into exposures and mitigation progress.
Build relationships with business, technology, and risk functions to support risk assessments.
Promote risk management practices through community engagement and knowledge sharing.
Manage external suppliers and consultants effectively.
