Hitachi Energy seeks an AI Risk Management Expert to lead the evolution of the AI risk framework. You will work across the 2nd Line of Defense, develop policies, oversee AI risk reporting, and coordinate risk councils with business and technical stakeholders.

You will promote responsible AI, drive training, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Governance, Internal Controls, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of AI risk management frameworks and standards, including NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001, plus AI regulatory requirements like the EU AI Act.
• Experience with Integrated Risk Management and AI Governance platforms, preferably ServiceNow GRC/IRM or AI Control Tower.
• Proven ability to prepare and facilitate risk governance bodies, risk committees, workshops, and decision forums.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the AI Risk Management framework ensuring alignment with 2nd Line functions and policies.
• Lead AI risk training, guidance, and knowledge resources; facilitate risk councils and awareness sessions.
• Analyze, monitor, and challenge AI risks, risk treatment decisions, and controls; coordinate risk assessments.
• Drive consolidated AI risk reporting and support risk transparency across Hitachi Energy.
• Build relationships across business, technology, and risk functions to support risk assessments and governance.
