We seek a seasoned engineer to own complex projects end-to-end, from design to production, collaborating with clients and teams to deliver trustworthy, scalable software.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong TDD and system design skills, and comfort with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production systems.
• Strong fundamentals in OO design, system design, and testing (TDD).
• Demonstrated ability to build simple, maintainable, scalable systems.
• Deep experience with Git in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality, maintainable systems using disciplined engineering practices (TDD, refactoring, pair programming).
• Operate in an AI-native development model, using AI to explore architecture and accelerate development while maintaining quality.
• Take end-to-end ownership from problem understanding to production operation.
• Make design decisions balancing simplicity, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Maintain high engineering quality through testing, code reviews and feedback.
• Work with clients, translate business problems into technical solutions.
