• Technical or engineering background with curiosity about how software teams work.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Thoroughness and habit of double-checking before marking something done.
• Comfort handling documentation, forms, and structured data.
• Ownership mindset to drive tasks to closure.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets; CRM/ERP exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational reliability by tracking follow-ups and deadlines.
• Maintain data accuracy across CRM, ERP, and internal records.
• Prepare client paperwork and due diligence documents.
• Track action items from meetings and follow up to closure.
• Assist in maintaining account plans and stakeholder maps.
• Coordinate with People Success and recruiting on staffing updates.
• Document repeated tasks and processes for easy handover.
• Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or risks early.
