Job summary

instinctools is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python+React) to join a client project. The role demands strong backend with Python/FastAPI and hands-on AI/agentic tooling.

You will design scalable APIs, deploy on AWS, and work with LangGraph/LangChain across distributed teams. You will collaborate with North America, Europe, and LATAM stakeholders, handle data pipelines with PostgreSQL, and leverage modern AI tools on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend Python with FastAPI in production.
• Hands-on with the AI/agentic stack: LangGraph, LangChain for multi-step workflows.
• AWS Bedrock / AgentCore or comparable cloud experience.
• PostgreSQL: confident SQL, debugging data behind pipelines.
• Pandas and Excel-based data inputs handling.
• Next.js / React to wire agent outputs into UI.
• Proactive use of modern AI dev tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based Generative AI solutions.
• Deploy on AWS with IaC, including provisioning and cost optimization.
• Design and support RAG pipelines using PostgreSQL/OpenSearch for vector data.
• Integrate with AI platforms via OpenAI APIs and AWS Bedrock for scalable apps.
• Evaluate AI frameworks and favor direct API integrations when suitable.
• Research multi-agent AI using AutoGen and related tech.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues for high availability.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across regions to deliver AI-driven solutions.
