Job summary

Meant4 Sp. z o.o. is seeking an AI native Full Stack Developer to join our team in Warszawa or work remotely. You will move across Go/Python services and React/Vue/TypeScript interfaces on Google Cloud, delivering for clients worldwide as part of an international team.

You will build scalable full stack products, design agentic features with LLMs, and take AI prototypes to production with guardrails and cost control, using Go, gRPC, Protocol Buffers and Vertex AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science (hard minimum).
• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong backend skills in Go or willingness to move to Go.
• Solid frontend skills with React/Vue and TypeScript.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt design, tool usage, or RAG.
• Cloud experience, ideally Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI).

Responsibilities

• You'll build scalable full stack products – Go services on the backend, React/Vue and TypeScript on the front.
• You'll design and ship agentic features: LLM-backed workflows, tool-using agents and retrieval over real client data.
• You'll take AI prototypes all the way to production, with evaluation, guardrails, cost and latency under control.
• You'll work with neat technologies: Go, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, React/Vue/TypeScript, Vertex AI and Google Cloud.
• You'll create services which are test driven, with APIs built on an API first approach.
• You'll use coding agents as a normal part of your workflow and help the whole team get better at it.
• You'll own your projects, so new ideas are welcome.
