Job summary

SUNSCRAPERS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością is seeking an AI-Native Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI systems for VC/PE clients. You will own end-to-end delivery from architecture discussions to deployment, embedding AI into client projects and ensuring robust performance.

The role requires hands-on expertise across AI tooling, data pipelines, and full-stack development, with direct collaboration with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience shipping production AI/LLM systems.
• Advanced proficiency with AI-native coding workflows and tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-first technical proposals.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI systems: multi-step LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and orchestration.
• Create full-stack AI applications: Python/FastAPI backends, React frontends, AI integrations.
• Develop scalable data platforms on AWS/GCP with vector databases.
• Engage with clients and translate requirements into delivered solutions.
• Establish AI quality standards with guardrails and observability.
