Job summary

As a Software Craftsperson I, you will work on well-defined tasks, grow independence, and strengthen fundamentals in testing, debugging, tooling, and documentation while learning the team’s practices and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Agile and eXtreme Programming in a CD environment.
• Ability to design and develop web architectures and optimize infrastructure.
• Knowledge of server configuration and deployment infrastructure.
• Experience using source control and bug tracking systems; writing user stories and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver well-defined tasks on time with increasing independence.
• Write clear, reliable, and maintainable code following team patterns.
• Build strong fundamentals in testing, debugging, tooling, and docs.
• Seek and apply feedback from code reviews and peers.
• Ask questions and connect work to customer value.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and solutions clearly.
• Contribute to team ceremonies and continuous improvements.
• Use AI to support learning, coding, testing, and faster feedback.
