Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior AI Manager with 10+ years in Data Science and Machine Learning to drive AI business growth and go-to-market strategies. You will engage with client executives, respond to RFPs, and lead partnerships while designing scalable AI models using LangChain, LangGraph, and related tech.

The role requires deep ML expertise, strong business acumen, and a track record in delivering high-impact AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science and ML with emphasis on business development and market strategy.
• Deep knowledge of ML, DL and generative AI techniques.
• Proven experience in go-to-market strategies for AI products or services.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration across levels.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development to identify and pursue AI/ML opportunities.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions with marketing and sales teams.
• Engage with partners and client executives to position AI offerings effectively.
• Respond to RFPs with compelling AI capabilities and value propositions.
• Advise clients using technical knowledge on AI solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align business objectives with AI development.
