Job summary

Xebia, a global AI-first partner, seeks an experienced analytics leader to own the AI layer supporting business analytics including Talk2Data. You will translate business needs into analytical specs, collaborate with Data Engineers on data models, and drive QA and adoption of AI-powered analytics across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics, strong SQL, data warehousing expertise, and hands-on with LLM tools like Claude, with a focus on governance and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an analytical role bridging tech and business.
• Strong SQL skills with large cloud datasets.
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling and ETL/ELT.
• Hands-on with LLM-based AI tools (Claude or similar).
• Experience turning business needs into clear requirements and specs.
• Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Git and code review in data projects.
• Knowledge of data governance and data cataloguing (Atlan or similar).
• Collaborative work with Data Engineers, Product Leads and Business Owners.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and maintenance of AI layer for business analytics.
• Define and test analytical components of Talk2Data from spec to release.
• Build evaluation framework for AI response quality and monitor metrics.
• Translate business needs into analytical specs and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on dimensional models and data quality checks.
• Validate data quality on large datasets in cloud platforms.
• Present guidelines to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead enablement initiatives and cross-functional sessions on AI analytics.
• Drive adoption of Talk2Data and AI-assisted analytics across the organization.
• Evaluate alternative AI solutions and integration approaches.
