Job summary

Xebia in Poland seeks a solid Data Architect / Solution Architect with hands-on delivery background. You will engage clients from discovery to solution shaping, craft high-level architecture proposals, and shape reusable accelerators across engagements.

You bring cloud provider expertise (Azure, AWS, or GCP), experience with Databricks or Snowflake, lakehouse patterns, real-time pipelines, and a practical grasp of AI-enabled data platforms.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience as a Data Architect or Solution Architect with delivery background.
• Strong cloud platform knowledge and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience with lakehouse architecture and real-time data pipelines.
• Practical data platform migration and integration design experience.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled data pipelines and GenAI concepts.
• Ability to produce architecture proposals and high-level design artifacts.

Responsibilities

• You will work directly with new clients from discovery to solution shaping.
• Support presales with architect-level input for proposals.
• Turn business and technical expectations into high-level architecture.
• Shape reusable patterns and accelerators across engagements.
• Build prototypes while designing final products.
• Be the go-to person on the hardest problems for the project team.
