Job summary

Xebia is a global AI-first partner delivering AI-powered analytics and data-driven solutions across Europe. You will own the AI layer supporting business analytics, define analytics components for Talk2Data, and collaborate with data engineers to ensure high data quality and robust data models.

You will translate business needs into analytical specifications, establish evaluation metrics, and drive adoption of AI analytics across the organization while engaging with stakeholders and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong background in business analytics and data engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and large cloud datasets.
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT.
• Hands-on with LLM-based AI tools such as Claude.
• Knowledge of data governance and data cataloguing practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI layer for business analytics and Talk2Data.
• Define and test analytical components from spec to release.
• Build evaluation framework and metrics for AI responses.
• Translate business needs into clear analytical specs and criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on data models and quality checks.
• Work with large cloud datasets to validate data quality.
