Qualifications

5+ years in analytics or data roles.
Strong SQL and experience with cloud data platforms.
Hands-on with LLM-based AI tools (e.g., Claude).

Responsibilities

Own development and maintenance of AI layer supporting analytics.
Define and test analytical components of Talk2Data solution from spec to release.
Build evaluation framework for AI response quality and monitor metrics.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to design dimensional models and data quality checks.
Validate data quality and suitability for AI-powered analytics on cloud platforms.
Present approaches and guidelines to technical and non-technical audiences.
Lead enablement initiatives like AI Office Hours for data teams and stakeholders.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted analytics across the organization.
