Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Product Manager for the Integration Platform to own end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and senior peers to shape platform capabilities across eventing, orchestration, and system integrations on Relativity’s cloud platform.

You will define outcomes, prioritize effectively, and communicate value to internal and external customers, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, specs, and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in Product Management at a technology company with lifecycle ownership.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methods, incl. AI-enabled SDLC.
• Knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Data-informed with ability to use metrics to guide product decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and goals for your product area within the Integration Platform.
• Build user, market, and competitive knowledge and use data to inform direction.
• Communicate roadmap value to stakeholders with qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Define leading indicators of product health and project success.
• Run structured discovery with internal teams and external developers.
• Contribute research and analysis to buy/build/partner decisions.
• Engage in exploratory technical design with engineering and architecture.
• Make clear scoping and prioritization recommendations.
• Facilitate high-priority defect triage and maintain reliability standards.
• Regularly communicate roadmap value to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market activities.
• Use AI tools to prototype, synthesize research, and draft specs.
• Build consensus without authority and drive cross-team alignment.
