Job summary

Sherpany is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and optimize AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s products. You’ll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver practical, high‑quality AI solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include implementing scalable AI features, ensuring security and compliance, and integrating AI workloads with both on‑prem deployments and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML in production environments.
• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s products.
• Experiment with advanced AI techniques to deliver features.
• Integrate AI solutions with product and engineering teams.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security in AI workflows.
• Work with on-prem deployments and optimize infrastructure for reliability and compliance.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and propose improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
