Job summary

Sherpany is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and optimize AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s products. You’ll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver practical, high‑quality AI solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include implementing scalable AI features, ensuring security and compliance, and integrating AI workloads with both on‑prem deployments and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML in production environments.
• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases and orchestration tools.

What You Bring

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering with hands‑on experience in production environments


• strong Python skills and proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn)


• knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)


• experience with on‑prem AI deployments is a strong plus.


• experience with containerization (Docker) and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, Git)


• familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements


• experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus for future initiatives
