Job summary

Sherpany, part of the Datasite Group, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and optimize AI components for its products. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver production-ready AI solutions focused on performance, security, and scalability.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, experimentation with modern AI techniques, and mentoring teammates while ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in production environments.
• Strong Python skills and proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with on-prem AI deployments is a strong plus.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus for future initiatives.
