Job summary

Datasite is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and optimize AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s products. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver practical AI solutions aligned with business goals.

You’ll experiment with advanced AI techniques, ensure security and scalability, support on-prem deployments, and mentor junior engineers while staying ahead of emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering with hands-on production experience.
• Strong Python skills and proficiency in AI/ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration tools.
• Experience with on-prem deployments; containerization with Docker is a plus.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and cloud AI platforms.
