Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company based in Poland, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer on the Agent Harness team. You will help shape the architecture of Relativity’s agent runtime, adopting LangGraph, LangChain, and related technologies to meet Relativity’s needs so every agent has a solid runtime foundation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems with Python.
• Experience designing LLM-powered or agentic systems using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Experience with tool calling, orchestration, and agent state management.
• Strong solution architecture and ability to create reusable abstractions.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Python, APIs, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience delivering cloud-native systems in Azure or similar with CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• English proficiency for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape the architecture of Relativity’s agent runtime.
• Mature the harness with long-session handling and broader protocol support.
• Design first-class agent patterns and clean abstractions for platform use.
• Explore emerging agent architectures and platform capabilities across products.
• Collaborate with teams across Relativity to scale agentic workloads across products.
