Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for the Agent Harness team to shape the architecture of the agent runtime. You will adapt LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks to Relativity’s needs, building scalable runtimes for ClaiR and aiR Assist.

You will enhance the harness with long-session handling, broader protocol support, and first-class platform capabilities for multiple engineering teams in a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience designing LLM-powered or agentic systems using LangChain / LangGraph.
• Experience with tool calling, orchestration, and agent state management.
• Strong solution architecture with reusable abstractions for engineers.
• Solid knowledge of asynchronous Python, API/service design, PostgreSQL.
• Cloud-native systems in Azure or similar with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• English proficiency for technical communication.
