Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a senior AI Engineer to join the AI Operations team, building next‑gen developer AI tooling for large‑scale enterprise software platforms. The role focuses on production AIOps with LangGraph/LangChain, integrating LLMs into structured data workflows and dashboards.

You will work with Python backends, FastAPI, and OpenAI/Ollama tools within a global delivery model. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced teams, contribute to scalable architectures, and help shape

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior software engineering experience with Python backend and LLM/agentic systems.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, tool use, structured outputs.
• Strong Python engineering (FastAPI, Pydantic, async/await, clean service layering).
• Experience with OpenAI SDK and local LLM serving (Ollama).
• PostgreSQL schema design, async drivers, query optimization.
• DevOps basics: Docker, Docker Compose; Jira API integration.
• React/TypeScript for dashboards is a plus; English proficiency; Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop AIOps automation services and production LLM-based workflows.
• Design language-graph workflows with PostgreSQL checkpoints and idempotency.
• Integrate extraction pipelines and LLM-based analysis into decisions.
• Define and maintain REST API contracts (FastAPI) for webhooks and jobs.
• Drive cloud vs. local LLM provider strategy (OpenAI / Ollama / Anthropic).
