Job summary

Avenga is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / ML Engineer to join an R&D team building next‑generation AI solutions based on Large Language Models and agentic AI. You will design end‑to‑end AI systems, evaluate business problems, architect scalable solutions, and drive ideas from concept to deployment.

You will lead production-grade agentic AI systems, work on RAG pipelines and semantic search, and develop robust Python backends and FastAPI APIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of building machine learning systems in an industrial setting.
• proven ML leadership including translating business problems into ML solutions.
• experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and multi-agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solutions by analyzing business problems and selecting scalable ML approaches.
• Build production-grade agentic AI systems using modern orchestration frameworks and LLMs.
• Develop and improve RAG pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Design robust Python backend services and APIs to support AI applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for rapid prototyping and validation.
• Evaluate new technologies and translate research ideas into production-ready solutions.
