Luxoft Poland is embarking on a project to generate investment insights from sales and research materials using advanced Agentic AI. You will closely collaborate with business teams, analysts, and architects to quickly understand requirements and implement changes.

The role includes working with designers and IT peers, presenting recommendations, reviewing code, and driving improvements across the SDLC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development experience, strong Python backend

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Python with a track record of clean, maintainable, testable production code.
• Production API design and delivery including versioning, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and observability.
• Cloud experience (AWS) beyond core compute/storage/DB, e.g., eventing, queues, serverless, logging/monitoring, secrets.
• Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Debugging and problem-solving skills with strong ownership across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business team, business analysts, and architects to understand changes and translate them into system updates.
• Collaborate daily with development team, designers, copy writers and other IT groups to deliver features.
• Develop and present recommendations from analysis of the current solution and participate in peer design/code reviews.
• Identify refactoring opportunities and contribute to development processes to improve efficiency.
• Propose solutions and designs to solve process, project, or program issues; defend recommendations confidently.
• Communicate with both business and technical audiences and produce design documents for multiple stakeholders.

Job description

Luxoft is initiating the development of a solution designed to generate investment insights based on sales and research materials. The solution will leverage advanced Agentic AI capabilities to significantly reduce the time required to prepare for client meetings and improve quality of the insights.

- Work closely with business team, business analysts, and architects and be able to quickly understand the new requirements and helps to identify the changes to the system.

- Work closely on a day-to-day basis with development team, designers, copy writers and other IT teams.

- The role develops and presents recommendations from analysis of current solution. Assist in design peer reviews, code peer reviews, build and unit test functional enhancements. Identify areas for code refactoring. Review and contribute to development process and procedures to assist in the continual improvement of the development team activities.

- Be able to offer solutions and designs to solve process, project or program issues; provides recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness. Defends a recommendation and can confidently support it.

- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences and produce design documents suitable for multiple audience types, both client-facing and internal

- Must be able to exhibit technical thought leadership and excellent problem solving ability, with an aptitude for technical innovation.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Python with a track record of clean, maintainable, testable production code.
• Production API design & delivery (FastAPI preferred), including versioning, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and observability.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred) beyond core compute/storage/DB—e.g., eventing, queues, serverless, logging/monitoring, secrets.
• Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Debugging & problem-solving skills with strong ownership across the SDLC.

Generative AI & ML Requirements

• Vector databases and RAG patterns (indexing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval).
• LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open source models) with prompt design, safety/guardrails, and cost/perf tuning.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Highly desirable: experience with AgentCore, AWS Neptune, Amazon API gateway
• Familiarity with ML fundamentals relevant to content generation (embeddings, tokenization, evaluation, fine tuning/LoRA, prompt+retrieval evaluation).
• Frontend development with React (TypeScript preferred) to build the application's UI (state management, routing, API integration, component testing).
• Understanding of event-driven architectures
