Job summary

Xebia in Poland seeks an experienced Cloud Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise cloud solutions. You will build scalable AI-enabled platforms, implement IaC and CI/CD, and ensure governance and security in regulated environments, collaborating with client architects and engineering leaders.

You will work with distributed EU teams across time zones, provide technical leadership, and deliver cloud‑based solutions using AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience.
• Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience building an agent harness, agent factory, or comparable agentic platform from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in cloud engineering, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and enterprise-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building agentic AI platform capabilities from the ground up.
• Developing and delivering cloud-native enterprise applications.
• Establishing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploying and operating solutions in enterprise environments while adhering to architecture, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with client architects, engineering leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Supporting integration between modern AI solutions and existing enterprise systems.
• Working within highly regulated environments that include significant legacy infrastructure.
