Job summary

Xebia in Poland is seeking a senior cloud engineer to design, build, and scale an AI-powered platform for enterprise clients. You will lead cloud-native development, uphold governance, and collaborate with senior architects within EU-aligned time zones.

The role focuses on IaC, CI/CD, and secure, scalable deployments across regulated environments, with remote collaboration across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong software/engineering background with hands-on development experience.
• Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build or scale an agentic AI platform from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in cloud engineering, IaC, CI/CD, and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with governance and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, EU-aligned time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI platform capabilities from the ground up.
• Develop and deliver cloud-native enterprise applications.
• Establish and maintain cloud infrastructure, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and operate solutions in enterprise environments with governance.
• Collaborate with client architects, engineering leaders, and stakeholders.
• Support integration between modern AI solutions and legacy systems.
