Job summary

Moderna Warsaw is building an enterprise observability platform to deliver scalable, resilient monitoring across hybrid environments. You will lead strategy, governance, and engineering for AI-powered systems and ensure reliable operations across applications, infrastructure, and cloud services.

The role requires 7+ years in SRE/observability and hands-on work with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and modern logging pipelines. Join a global team shaping dependable digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in site reliability, observability, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on with modern observability platforms.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Elastic, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid environments (AWS and/or Azure).
• Automation and IaC: Python, Terraform, Ansible.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise observability platform, driving cost optimization and scalable growth.
• Lead platform governance, lifecycle management, architecture standards, and roadmaps.
• Develop and optimize telemetry pipelines for metrics, traces, and logs across hybrid and on‑prem environments.
• Implement AI observability requirements for prompts, responses, and latency.
• Integrate observability with incident management and automation pipelines.
• Produce dashboards and executive reporting on platform adoption, MTTA/MTTR, and cost efficiency.
