Job summary

Roche is seeking an Observability DevOps Engineer in Warsaw to optimize and automate deployment across platform and cloud services. You will drive cost efficiency, scalability, and security, collaborating with a global team to move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive reliability, accelerating developer velocity.

You bring 3–7 years in SDLC, strong CI/CD and IaC experience, and solid observability knowledge with Grafana Cloud, Splunk, or LogicMonitor. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in the software development lifecycle, ideally in a multinational or healthcare setting.
• Strong hands-on with GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience with IaC and config management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Vault or Consul.
• Solid knowledge of centralized observability tools like Grafana Cloud, Splunk or LogicMonitor; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Automate Software Delivery: design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code and versioned configurations for stability.
• Embed Observability Frameworks: implement monitoring to optimize availability and performance.
