Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced engineer to design, build, and own observability infrastructure for its AI-focused platform in Wrocław. You will develop scalable logging, metrics, and tracing systems and run high-throughput telemetry pipelines to support thousands of GPUs and petabyte-scale data.

You will work with Go or Python, Kubernetes, Helm, and YAML in production, collaborating with internal teams to embed observability best practices and drive platform evolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Proficient in Go or Python, with ability to write clean, resilient production code.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production, including containerization and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Helm and YAML-based configuration, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Customer-obsessed, platform-minded engineer, providing infrastructure as a service with a product mindset.
• Experience participating in an on-call rotation for critical production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own core observability infrastructure and scalable logging, metrics, and tracing platforms.
• Develop and operate high-throughput telemetry pipelines for observability data with reliability and security.
• Tackle observability challenges at extreme scale across GPUs clusters and petabyte-scale telemetry.
• Improve performance, security, reliability, and scalability of observability services.
• Participate in on-call rotation and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to embed observability best practices and tooling.
• Contribute to overall observability strategy and platform direction.
